We believe in your right to privacy and in furthering that belief we have created strict guidelines for protecting the information you provide us during the reservation process; while visiting our website (Site), and during any communication (includes chat, telephone, email) with us. We guarantee that the information you provide us will be kept confidential and will be used to support your customer relationship with us. 1. Reservation
When you make a booking for a hotel or holiday accommodation through our Site, we request the following personally identifiable information from you in order to arrange individual bookings:

• Your name, address, email address, phone number; and
• your credit card details (such as credit card number, expiration date);
We use the personal contact information you provide us to
• book your accommodation and pay for the same
• send you confirmation of your online reservation
• e-mail you after your stay at an accommodation reserved via any one of our web sites to find out about your review of such accommodation and services offered by us; and
• determine visitor numbers to our web sites and to establish sales trends and to improve our visitors' experiences of our web sites.
If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
The only data we collect from you is what is required for individual bookings. Your data is not passed on to any external companies for marketing purposes.
This information cannot identify individuals. We will not be responsible for any information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address

2. Surveys or Contests
From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on the Site. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information may include contact information (such as name and e-mail address).

We use this information to notify contest winners and award prizes, monitor site traffic or personalise the Site. We will not share the personally identifiable information you provide through a contest or survey with other third parties unless we give you prior notice and choice.

We may occasionally send you information on our special deals, promotions.

5. Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, to create a "profile" of your preferences. We tie your personally identifiable information, and your lodging reservation history, to the information in the profile, in order to improve the content of the Site for you.
We do not share your profile with other third parties.

6. Log Files
As with most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click--stream data. When you call our customer support help line, we may store the data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyse trends, to administer the Site, to track users' movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

7. Personally identifiable information
We only share your information with certain third parties such as the hotel in which you make the reservation, the online terminal payment gateway provider, the acquiring bank, and our software & network engineering center, in order to book your accommodation; to conduct surveys and to direct pertinent marketing promotions to you (the latter is only if you have not opted out to receive emails of our special promotions). We do not share your information with any other third party. These above mentioned companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

8. Legal Disclaimer
We make every effort to preserve user privacy. However we reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Website powered by QUICKSHAWS TOURS LIMITED or when such disclosure is requested by the regulatory authorities or for any other purpose permitted for the disclosure of personal information by section 35 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Through encryption, the personal information you enter, including your name, address, and credit-card information etc, is converted into code that is then securely dispatched over the Internet. Furthermore SSL with EV places the trust levels of this Site at higher rank.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
